"SPEEDY" is Kingsport Press Credit Union's state-of-the-art audio response system that lets you handle your Credit Union business from the comfort of your home or office. You may call 24 hours a day, seven days a week from anywhere in the United States. All you need is a touch-tone telephone. To access "SPEEDY" simply call [423] 378-0626.
"SPEEDY" is confidential! The first time you request Account Information, you'll be asked to enter your Personal Identification Number or PIN. This number is known only by you, since you are the person who sets it in the "SPEEDY" system. No one else, not even the Credit Union, knows this secret number. It is very important that you NOT write this number down or share it with anyone else.
"SPEEDY" is extremely easy to use! Once you dial the number, just listen to the menu options and then make your selection. However, it is not necessary to listen to the entire menu before making a selection. For your convenience, the options and corresponding selection numbers are listed under "SPEEDY" options.
In order to perform monetary transactions [such as fund transfers and share withdrawals], members will need to sign a "SPEEDY" agreement attached to a brochure available at the Credit Union. Members should sign the agreement and return it to the Credit Union for immediate processing and speed on with their life!! |
