Reporting Lost or Stolen Cards

It’s important to report it IMMEDIATELY if you believe your card has been lost or stolen or if you believe someone has used your card without your authority. The quickest way is to use our Debit Card Management System to shut your card off. This can be accessed through our Mobile App or Online Banking.

You can also contact the Credit Union to report a lost or stolen card.

During business hours:
Monday thru Thursday – 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Friday – 8:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
