REFER A FRIEND PROGRAM

Interested in earning some extra money? If you’re a TruNeighbor Credit Union member, you easily can. Simply invite someone you know to become a member, and when that person joins, we’ll pay you $25.00.

There is no limit to how many friends, family members, neighbors, or acquaintances you can invite. Have 20 friends? Invite them, and if they all become members at TruNeighbor CU, you’ll earn $500.00!

How does it work?

• Fill out the form below with your information and then give it to the person you’re inviting to become a member.
• Your friend can bring this form to one of TruNeighbor Credit Union’s three branches when they are ready to become a member.
• When this form is completed and turned in and your friend has become a TruNeighbor CU member, we’ll pay you $25.00.

* Referral must give form to credit union employee at the time of account opening. Referring member and referral cannot be the same person. Referral and referring member must be 18 or older. Referral must be a new member, meaning referral cannot have had an account at TruNeighbor CU (including joint membership) in the past. Referral must open a checking and savings account and set up direct deposit into the checking account within 30 days after the account is opened in order for referring member to receive $25.00. The $25.00 will be deposited into referring member’s checking account 4-6 weeks after referral’s first direct deposit clears, provided that both members are still in good standing with the credit union. If referring member does not have a checking account, the $25.00 will be deposited into the savings account.
