We are excited to announce changes to your KPCU Debit Card! In October, you will receive a new contactless Visa Debit Card (pictured above) in the mail. This new card will replace your existing Visa Debit Card.

Tap and go with Contactless payments. Your new card will feature the safety and security of contactless payments. From morning coffees to weekly groceries and gas, simply tap to pay at the register anywhere you see the contactless payment symbol.

Rewards (Coming this fall). You will earn points every time you use your KPCU Visa Debit Card for any purchases made online or in stores. You can redeem those points for merchandise, travel and much more!

Mobile Wallet (Coming Soon). Add your new card to your phone’s mobile wallet! Enjoy all the benefits of your VISA debit card and pay with Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay at thousands of stores and participating apps.

IMPORTANT: If you have recently changed your address or phone number, please contact us to update your information so your new card arrives without delay. Also, if you use your existing KPCU Visa Debit Card to pay for services which are billed directly to your card, such as Internet services, insurance, gym fees, etc., be sure to contact those vendors and provide your new contactless Visa Debit Card number so services are not interrupted.

Your card will come with instructions about activating your new card and selecting a PIN. Your existing Visa Debit Card will be deactivated upon activation of your new contactless Visa Debit Card. All previous Visa Debit Cards will be deactivated by December 1, 2023.
